Prior to training we begin with a full consultation. This will not only provide us with the information to establish your current fitness levels, in addition it will enable us to design your specific programme towards reaching your goals.
Fitbygreen operates from a number of gyms, parks and private training studios in Wimbledon. If you would prefer to train in the comfort of your own home this can also be arranged and all equipment will be provided. Depending on your goals training can but are not limited to - resistance and weight training, high intensity interval training, strength and core conditioning, boxing, and plyometrics.
The referral scheme rewards all referrals made to us. Both for yourself and the new client.
The referred person will receive a complimentary consultation upon purchasing their training sessions.
1 personal training session will be allocated to the current client when their referral purchases between 4 to 8 training sessions.
2 personal training sessions will be allocated to the current client when their referral purchases 12 or more personal training sessions.
There is no restriction on the number of referrals or complimentary sessions you can receive.
